Rachel's Challenge!

    What is Rachel's Challenge and why is it important? Rachel's Challenge is popular in most school and it's still becoming more popular in all around the United States schools.Rachel's Challenge is a program that involve teachers, students of all ages and parents.That help bulling and violence in school stop and make schools a better educational place.Rachel's Challenge is important because it helps student become more mature in tolerance, stopping bullying, and positive actions that promote more respect, and showing more kindness toward other people.

    How to get involved?One way that the students can get involve in Rachel's Challenge is by making a banner at school.Let student sign the banner if they are ready to accept the challenge.To be able to change their ways and do the right thing.When the all the students sign the banner hang it up somewhere that everyone can see it.

 Other way a person can get involved in Rachel's Challenge by doing something that can influence someone in a good way.For example doing something good for your community by picking up any trash that people leave and can hurt the environment.Sometimes when other people see you and your friend doing something good.That can influence them to do the something and help out.They will start helping out in their communities as well.

   Another way that a person can get involved is by just doing something that inspires kindness and it may even  take some courage as well.Everyone can challenge themselves to do a chain reaction just like Rachel said.''I have this theory that if one person can go out of their way to show compassion, then it will start a chain reaction of the same.People will never know how far a little kindness can go.''

Life Mottos!

   What is life motto? In my opinion a life motto is something that a person set their mind on and make an effort to achieve that goal. Its also a way that a person lives by. I have 3 life motto I live by,one of then is "live life to the fullest even if everything and everyone is against you." This motto mean a lot to me and I live by it every day. Just like it say a person shouldn't stop living just because life is hard on you,and it is not going the way you what. I try to go by the motto even though it hard sometimes and I just feel like giving up.

    My second life motto is "Forgive and Forget."For a lot of people it's hard to live by this motto because it hard to forget that person that hurt you and especially forgive them. I sometimes forget that motto that I set for myself. Then I remind myself that it useless to stay mad at them that happened in the past.If I continue to live with that hatred in side my heart then that same hatred won't let me live life to the fullest.
    My Third life motto is "Don't die with regret." This one is special to me as well as the other two. Don't die with regret, live life and do everything that you what to do. Don't do something that you will regret all your life and even after death. To me living in regret is the same as not finishing my chores in time. Nobody knows when they are going to die so i try to live and do everything that I always wanted while I'm still here with my family and friend that i care so much especially my best friend. 

Character!

 What does character mean to you? Well for me it means that a person would do as they are told and won't argue back with that person that told you to do so. For example if your teacher says to clean something but you know you didn't do it. Even so you clean up the mess for that teacher. Its hard to develop good character because of all the evil there is in this world. Developing good character takes time and sometime people won't show good character because their friends are there and you don't what them to see that side of you because it is embarrassing.
   Good character is something good to have. It represents who you are in the inside and outside. How a person act good, they able to help someone without having to get something in return. It doesn't matter what other people think about because you have good character and they don't. Having good character can get you far in life. That what character is for me " do something good without asking anything in return.

Forgiveness!

 Is it healthy to forgive? In my opinion it is healthy not just to the person you forgiving but it is healthy for oneself. It can bring peace to your heart and soul. If you can't forgive that person that did bad to you then how can you expect someone to forgive you. Just like the bible say in Matthew 6:15: but if you do not forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses. Not being able to forgive a person can sometime become a grudge. A grudge is not a good thing to have at all in your life. When a person as a grudge it can become something more and that person would what to do something bad that they may regret later.
  Why should we forgive? It is a simple reason why one should for give a person. My reason is because Jesus forgive our sin and still does. Colossians 3:13:"as the Lord has forgiven you, so you also must forgive." Pretty much just forgive that person even though is hard to do.Be side you will feel better once you do that and god will forgive you to. Ask your self if your not going to forgive then why should Jesus forgive you for your sins?

Television (TV)

  In my opinion televion is the most wonderful thing in the world. All around the world people are watching TV. Children consistently spend more than 4 hours per day watching TV. Teens watch TV up to average of 3 to 4 hours a day. Adults over 65 spend three times more of their waking hours watching TV.
  One benefit of watching TV is that people are able to stay updated about what going aroud the world. Like what kinds of change the goventment are making. Also parent are able to spend time watching a movie with their kid and don't have to go the movie theaters and spend so much money. Its also educational for kids because they are able to learn from just watching TV. For teens it is entertainment when teen don't have anything to do or just don't watch to do anything.Some negative effect with watching TV is that people can get addictive to it. Kids can became violet because of so much negative in the shows that kids watch.  But for me I think TV is the best thing ever made.

Ideal Mate

  My ideal mate have to know how to clean his mess after him, because I'm not clean over and over just because some one decided to make a big mess, while eating a snack. He need to know how to cook really good food. So that when I don't feel like cooking he can cook for the both of us. He need need to be a hardworking man and not being lazy on the sofa eating his chips. My ideal mate can not smoke because i can't stand the smell of cigarettes it's disgusting. He can drink but better not go overboard and get all drunk,being lazy and not bring the money to the table, then he can say goodbye.
  Other criteria is that my ideal mate has to be a honest man. One that I know I can trust with me my life and not go and be those kind of man that just come back and then leave. I don't mind him being good-looking, as long as his faithful to me and maybe if I have kids one day. He need to be a great father and be there when the kids need him. That pretty much how my ideal mate has to be and he better be kind to me also.

FIESTAS!!!

    Ya llego las fiestas y a celebrar con la familia o tambien con los amigos. Especialmente navidad y ano nuevo en Mexico.Asiendo unos tameles,atole,bunuelos, y otros deliciosos platos. Aunque ay unas person que no quieren ir a Mexico porque todo el desastre que esta pasando aya. Advantages and Disadvantage of Uniforms

    ADVANTAGES:
  Some advantages of using uniforms at school is not having to look for the perfect shirt,pants, or skirt. Having to awake up early just to find what you are going to wear for that day while you are at school or working.A uniform is just like putting the same black shirt and khaki pant all five days student go to school. Even adults that go to work won't have that same problem in the morning choosing what to wear.Not having a problem every day because the student is wearing inappropriate cloth to school or work.
   DISADVANTAGES:  
There are some disadvantage of having to wear uniforms to school and work.For example not being able to wear your own cloth and showing some style.To wear regular cloth that represents who you are.Showing of that new shirt you might have just bought from that favorite store.Some times is good to just wear your own style but just keep it appropiate for school and work. : ) For any way is good because I don't really mind using uniforms or just regular cloth. BETTER TO HAVE FREEDON OF STYLE

Benchmark and TAKS :'(

    Taking TAKS and Bechmark is bornig and waste of time. It not just me, there is a lot of student that hate testing. It pointless, because we already test all year. Like the six week test, student take a test on every thing they learn those six week in class.We even have to take final exam on every class and if the students don't pass the exam then we have to take that class again to gain the credit the students lost. Benchmark is just to see were we are, if we need extra help on any subject.TAKS is also similer to the final exam.
 
   Benchmark and TAKS is pretty much the same thing students do all year. Final exam are like TAKS, six week test are like Benchmark. We are just repeting every thing we learn and then taking the same test all over again. Sometime the TAKS has differnt material and it nothing that we learn in class. So pretty much, schools should have Benchmark and TAKS.

Mom and Dad Working. GOOD or BAD?

 Personally, I don't really care if me mother and father work. Even though my mom and dad work, they are still strict on my sisters and brother. Both of my parent still find time to be a good family and spend time with my sisters. brother and me. : )

  There are also those parent that work and don't have time for their kids.They let them do whatever the kid likes.When they grow up they will become rebellious and do whatever they wish. If that what going to happen in a family. Then I suggest the mother not work and spend time with her child, before you regret what your child has become.But then again, they are your kids not mine. So do as you think its the best  for them. : ) 

Adulthood : ) YAY

  FREEDOM TO US! A lot of kids and teens say or think of becoming adults at the age of 18. Some of us think that being adult is super fun, because you can go in to the movies with out your parent acompany because your to young to see that movie you really want to watch. That all good when you see the good things about adulthood.  Or any other adult thing you can think of.
  In my opinian we don't reach adulthood at the age of 18. Think you become an adult once you become really responsable that you go into the the worl and stand on your on two feet. For example getting a job a and don't need your parent to walk you there. We thats what i think of when you become truly an adult. You don't have to agree with it, after all we all have differnt opinion. : )

Freedom of Speech

   Freedom of Speech is important to have, because it expresses our feeling toward a thing like a new ipod. People want to know if it good thing buy and it won't be a waste of money. It can also be a famous person like Lady Gaga, Justin Bieber or any other person you like. You might want to know thing about them like what they are doing for the community and new song, if it good or not. Without freedom of speech this world would be nothing. Not being able to speak our mind, our opinions this world would be BORING!
   I know there will be many people that will be sad and angry with out being able to speak their mind and  beside the constitusion promise us the righ to freedom of speech. so it won't be fair and right to take our right just like that.

Drug Awareness

   This week my school is dong drug awareness.
Drug awarenes is when childrens of this school or any any other school do to have fun and  drees up. But that not all we talk about how drugs can affect your life and the people around you that care about you. So do something cool and don't do drugs people. That all i can tell you but it your life if you want to waste it then do as you wish. But remember your own life is at the line, and your family will suffer as well. Find something else to be your drug like your family, friend or like me, my drug is anime

Introduction

Hello people im Mexidip214, and yes this is my first time blogging.
Some of my favorite foods would be pizza, tamales : ), and other mexican food there are the best in my opinian and espacially cant live without my ramen noodles. my hobbies would be listeing to music espacially rock, cumbias, ect. Other thing that i like to do in my spare time is watching anime some favorite anime would beTrinity blood, Kobato and right now im reading mangas one is Naruto and Bleach(awsome). Im would be the 2nd oldest in my family. I got many friends at school and at my neighborhood they are the best. i really love taking risk becouse it fun for me even thought sometimes i regret doing something after i already done it but then i forget about it. Like when I went to SixFlag for the first time and rode the rollecoaster the titen (im not good at spelling, sorry)  and then im like i want to get off after the rollercoaster started moving I was scared but it was all worst it. I had a lot of fun and left home very tired. Well that how i am and i dont really care what people might think about me as long as im happy of who i am then im good.
